Welcome to Rigify! Please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rigify (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rigify ("Rigify," "we," "our," or "us") is the legal business name and the entity providing the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rigify provides an online platform that allows users to edit and export premade animations (the "Service"). Features may include:

Access to editing animation presets and templates
Export functionality (limited to a certain amount a month based on subscription plan)
Account management, including subscription billing

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to share your account or allow others to use it.
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans.
Free plan: Access to all free animations with a 3 export limit per month.
Paid plan: $10/month with access to all animations and 100 exports per month.
Billing is recurring unless cancelled.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (Paddle, Stripe).

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled through our payment processors (currently Paddle and Stripe) and will follow their buyer-protection terms and applicable law.
Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not issued after purchase, except for clear billing mistakes (for example, duplicate charges), non-delivery, or where required by law or Paddle's policies.
To request a refund review, contact rigifyanimations@gmail.com (or use the Paddle/Stripe receipt link) within 14 days of the charge with details of the issue.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Or by sending us an email at rigifyanimations@gmail.com.
Cancelling ends future billing but does not retroactively refund charges.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All animations, templates, and code provided by the Service are owned by Rigify or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and commercial projects.
You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of assets provided through the Service.

9. User Content

You may upload or create content using the Service.
You retain ownership of your creations but grant Rigify a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display them as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or violates others' rights.

10. Limitations of Use

You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
You agree not to bypass subscription limits or abuse free plan restrictions.
You agree not to use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rigify shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 6 months.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Paddle, Stripe, Google, PayPal, Discord). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or policies.

14. Changes to Service & Terms

We may update or modify the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
